    Crazy that we've managed to sign a player whom had serious interest from clubs like Tottenham, Liverpool and Inter Milan. We were in League One only two years ago.

    Don't worry - it will come off. We've done the hardest part - convincing him to sign for us. He's agreed personal terms. It's all academic from now. Cortese will stump up the cash if he knows a player of his quality wants to sign for us.

    Because they're idiots? I could understand if it was a Sky Sports article stating "Saints lining up £14m bid for Gaston Ramirez", but it's everywhere, Ramirez has stated he will sign for us, Italian contacts have stated we've already agreed personal terms and it's just a case of meeting Bologna's President's demands.
