I wonder how many Man Utd players got hit in the eye by flying boots in the changing room?
 
I know that people's sight diminishes as they get older, but Ferguson must be a unique case.

I've not heard of vision being reduced intermittently.
 
What annoyed me most was the fact he said something like 'Refs should take into account the players they are dealing with'. Obviously he's reffering to the fact he doesn't think Hernadez would dive, but it also sounds an awful lot like 'We're Man Utd, don't **** with us because we'll get you sent to ref a lower league'.

The reporter should have asked him "what would you have said had the ref had given a pen against Man U like that"
