An interesting one will be if Max Gradel jumps up to the prem because there has been alot of speculation about him - i think a lot of us would be pleasantly surprised if he cuts it.
I dunno about Gradel in the prem, it will be very interesting to see what hes like, he is a lively player with pace, but his skill isnt the best.
His trickery is Premiership standard. Players who are pacy and nothing else don't get as many goals as Max has.
Average championship player. At the current rate for Hull City he is averaging 25 goals and nearly 3 hat tricks a season
Matty only an average Championship player scores more goals at league one level, never good enough for prem not that Hull will be getting there this season. We will destroy this divison next season and i am more looking forward to next season than this. Great effort by Sven and the boys to get where we are now after such a disastrous start 4 points from 36 and if we had been averaging points from the start of the season at the same rate as Sven is then we would be very very comfortably in the playoff positions now, Damn that Sousa. Good luck for the rest of the season but still think that the foxes will finish above Hull
We're basing him on the 4 seasons we have seen him play Championship football. He is an average goalscorer, he might get you 20 goals in a good season but any striker can get that in this league because anyone can beat anyone. he'll average about 15 goals a season and he'll be decent. But if you get promoted (its a long shot, I know) i'll be shocked if he gets 5
Fryatt will score around 20 a season at this level In league 1 he had 20 goals before christmas and only finished with 32
Ok Fryatt has left now. He is a Hull player so move on. Hull fans all over our boards with Fryatt this and Fryatt that. Yes he is a very good championship striker as we told you.
Sorry if that came over as a wind up, When you let Fryatt go I could see exactly where Sven was coming from. Let's face it: Yakubu or Fryatt was a no brainer. Proven Prem player versus someone who (so far) was a good League 1/Decent Championship player. We are dreaming again at City, but even if the unlikely doesn't happy we're very happy with the season. So close to admin (you know how that feels). I still think Fryatt will come good at this level and higher. NP seems to bring out the best in him, MF has great approach play here as well as tracking back. Excellent purchase. Thanks again, not good enough for you but good enough for little old Hull City.
He wont cut it in the prem. Its a shame because he is a tidy player who can score but he takes too long with his chances and he needs 30 of them to score :/
As we'll probably be six points ahead of you today, with only three games remaining, that would seem unlikely. We were all supporting you last night and you went and messed it up, we then became Reading fans and they ballsed it up too.
