Over excited

Hi haven't posted for a while but with the new season only two sleeps away (for me) the excitement is building and thought I'd better check in. It's been a long hard winter with no footie but I can no turn my attention from taking the micky out of the aussies for their poor showing in the Olympics to taking the micky cos they can't play football. Looking forward to it !

Am happy with Anita and of course not losing anyone God it dragged on though. Just listened to Pardews Q and A session that Pint of Skotch posted(thanks mate) and he seems a very likable level headed guy, which is pretty much what I'd gathered from postings on here. Bring it on !

 

Not long to wait now, here's hoping for a bit of Spud bashing.

I gave you some rep. You get if if people think your comments or articles are good, not just because you post.

Here's a break down on rep for you.

Reputation.

In answer to a few questions that have been asked by new members recently, reputation was added to the program to enable people to show either their approval or disapproval of comments made by other posters.

If you click on the star at the bottom of the comment concerned, you can approve or disapprove of the comment and leave a reason why you do so.

The higher your rep power is, the more points the OP or the person who's comment you're voting on gets. That's if you're voting that you approve of course. If you vote that you disapprove, you take points off the total of the person concerned. After voting there's a panel (Your comments on this post) where you can say why you've left the rep or the reason for doing so. It sometimes get's abused by people voting either for or against the person who's comment they're voting on rather than the comment itself.

Try and be fair and use the system as it was meant to be used with no personal attacks on anyone.

Have some rep just for this bit. It makes me laugh because it just reminds me of my kids and kids in general at Chrimbo time. "Daddy, Santa is coming in 2 sleeps". I must admit I'm getting a bit over excited myself now. I've missed it and I think Pards has us well set. We're good anyway but if we get a centre back in we are rocking!!

I can't wait for tomorrow. Hence all the **** I've posted this week. Think it will be a close, cagey game, but we will sneak it. I am hoping for some Demba Ba goals, after his dry spell last year.
