    "Phil Hay ‏@PhilHayYEP
El-Hadji Diouf is in the building...walking along the touchline at Elland Road as we speak #lufc"

And I'm not joking. Clearly lost the ****ing plot. I don't want a scumbag like Diouf at Leeds United and I don't want a manager who's stupid (not to mention hypocritical) enough to sign him.

"I hope he goes abroad. I won’t miss watching him. Sign him? I wouldn’t want to talk to him."

    **** off Neil.

Wonder if we are the next club to experiment on the Doncaster model?

Well, if he is with us, he is one of ours. In much the same way that Colin is no-one else's cup of tea, unless he is your own manager, then we have to accept Diouf into the fold and only judge him on what he offers us as a footballer, not on his past reputation.

No. He is a despicable human being and I don't have to support him or the hypocritical **** stain of a manager who signed him. He's not even a good player.

I understand that mentality, and yeah Warnock isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I don't think you can put this in the same bracket to be honest. Diouf has shown on more than a few occasions exactly what a nasty piece of work he can be, summed up perfectly in the Mackie incident.

And yeah, if he has signed, he is with us, and I hope he proves me wrong and turns in consistently good performances and doesn't show his other side, or cause problems in the dressing room, but it doesn't mean I have to be happy about this. I've lost quite a bit of respect for Warnock with how much of a U-turn this is as well.

He did go up in my estimation when he spat at the West Ham fans - Then he went up even further when he spat at the Celtic fans.

Telling the Everton ball boy to "**** off white boy" was a bit near the mark though.

I fully understand that opinion, based on his reputation and the previous statements by Warnock (which may have been heat of the moment stuff), but if he has signed for us, he is one of our players.

The one thing that would really bring the house of cards down and produce a long-term problem between the players and the fans and would really affect the performances would be if our own fans openly took against one of our own players during the game.

When some of our players were booed last year there was a real backlash, and it leads to real potential for physical fighting between our own fans at the matches. It got so close to that last year.

Warnock should have thought of that before he signed Diouf. For ****'s sake our own players don't even like him. In one single stupid move Warnock has split the fans and the dressing room, all for the sake of signing a past it journeyman who didn't even stand out in a relegated Doncaster side.

Fair, and I'd never advocate booing one of our own players, no matter how much I don't like them. Not into that at all, as you say they're ours and we get behind them. Hopefully in a couple of months I'll be able to say he proved me wrong and this was an astute signing etc etc

But I'm not holding my breath just yet!!

both Warnock and Bates have publicly insulted Leeds and your fans in the past and now they appear to be doing as much as they can to piss you off even more <ok>

It usually means he will get an appearance fee (roughly equal to a weeks wages), usually goal bonus but the club can release him, or he can leave whenever without compensation. Very common in conference and lower contracts.
