At least a Silver for GB Individual dressage free-style. In Gold position, only 3 to go and two are British.

****ing hell. The Dutch just smashed our leader and looks to have taken the Gold.

****adoodledoo. The youngster has grabbed the Gold for GB. Gold and Bronze. I thought the little mistake at the end might have cost her the Gold but she was so fantastic otherwise. Fantastic.

American runner Manteo Mitchell has revealed he ran the last 200m of the Olympic men's 4x400m relay heats with a broken left leg.

What an amazing performance !!! <applause>

Blimey!...thats the most amazing race ever!..(sorry 100m people!)...8 people running under 1.44.00 in an 800m race never mind a Limpic final!!

That was a world record that was sooo tough to beat, never mind in a final without a pacemaker!!..sorry Frankel..lol!

Well done the dressage people but this is real sport!!

Hate to be cynical but this London Limpic track does seem very quick....

I'd like to give a good prod with the going stick!!

Gawd if you can't beat a chap with a broken leg then there's not much hope. I know it's unpatriotic but I hope the Yanks win the final because that chap really does deserve a gold medal.

Two fantastic golds today :emoticon-0157-sun: :emoticon-0157-sun:
I did see the dressage on tv but unfortunately the sound was off and the sub-titles on. Subtitles were done phonetically so there were some very strange comments.

The OMG moment today was in the BMX cycling when the whole field bar one crashed

Apparently the British runner finished last in a time that would have won Gold in the last 3 Olympics.

*** As mentioned above fast enough to have won Gold in the last 3 Olympics.

That's 6 shifts down and just 4 to go.
My last one is on Monday, day after the games finish (or as I call it chucking out day). On my way back to GM work last night I saw some people checking out of the hotel where loads of officials are staying.... they all had Australian emblems on their luggage:emoticon-0112-wonde whether this was planned before the games started or not I don't know but :emoticon-0112-wonde

Cheers Janabelle... If thats Aussie humour, i like em...<laugh><laugh><laugh>
