    You heard correctly. £7m for the pair, and some potential extra fees depending on future appearances and goals at both club and international level.

    Work permits are being sorted out right now, and it should be fairly straightforward with no need for an appeal.

    ffs, why couldn't we get Hoadie in to negotiate? Could have got the pair of them for £2m after 200 appearances.

    I have a source at the club who says we are signing a young mexican striker called Carlos Fierro. Not sure if anyone's heard of him but he's quite highly rated. Would be a a very good signing. Fee believed to be around £3.5m

    He's not as good as Lambert and Rodriguez so he'd need to be in form with both of them not in form.

    tbh, he's been playing much better.. hanging off the last man.., Yes Man city will be a step up.., but he is in good form.. and with Rickie picking up a injury and not in gr8 form.. he has a chance of starting..

    Sharp will be very valuable. If all three are ready at start of season, Billy will be on the bench, but still very useful from there if we need a goal.
