I'm pleased for the player and the reflected glory, but, with my selfish head on, I don't care if no Saints player ever gets dragged away for international duty.
Didn't see this posted anywhere else, well done to both Steven Davis and Danny fox.

And also I'm guessing they'll miss out in one or two of our final pre-season games.I wish Steven Davis hadn´t got called up. He has just returned from injury and I think it´s a little early for him to be playing an International match. Hopefully, he´ll play only a part of the game.
Ah right I see, yeah he probably is.I should add by our, I mean Northern Ireland.
Fox is good enough to play for Scotland. Good luck to the lad.
You don't understand. He's our only good CM.

Can someone correct the thread title?
Funniest national team player is Chris Birchall for Trinidad and Tobago. If I remember correctly, his (both English) grandparents gave birth to his mum while on holiday (or extended stay or something) in Port of Spain, the Trini capital. Chris was born himself in Stafford. It's just remarkable seeing him with the T&T team.

Anybody want to guess which one he is?

), but I can assure you he is as white as Birchall in the above photo. His mum is Jamaican born, to a Chinese/Jamaican Father and an English/Irish mother, so he easily qualifies to play for Jamaica, Ireland and England. Depending on the rules, he could play for China as his Great Grandfather was Chinese!!Fox is good enough to play for Scotland. Good luck to the lad.
I could represent England, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland![]()

ha ha. Don't laugh though. My 11 year old can play for Jamaica. I won't post a picture on here (after you lot commenting on Laura Robson - she looks 12 to someone my age!), but I can assure you he is as white as Birchall in the above photo. Choosing to ignore the comment about the lovely Laura (I fear I'll get violent otherwise) That's a very interesting mixture to come out as white as Chris Birchall! Jamaica, England and China though, your family must go crazy for the Olympics.
