Going with Khione at Newbury, shes an improving filly and the stone from Set To Music puts her bang with her on the ratings, the step up in trip should suit and I think she will run a big race, and hopefully boost the claims of Selfsame later on.

Even at these weights I would have SET TO MUSIC half a stone in hand of the field Boris. We shall see.

I am still annoyed with Mr Hanagan for his god awful ride on Friday. Did the forum erupt with criticism of him?

Not one to trust that Set To Music she is a nice filly but shes beatable, Khione blew her chance at the start and never travelled a yard, probably run a decent race considering.

    I mentioned it.

He is a nice guy but is out of his depth against the real top notchers.Only two G1's in his career, both on bottomless ground and the first was awful to watch the way he abused his mount.Needless to say it never won again.

His current employer has a knack of employing patsies..Some of Mr O'Shea's antics leave me scratching my ample thatched cranium as well...about as much use as a wet dish cloth in a finish.

The Maktoums really are a rather vacuous lot when it comes to the sport of Sheikhs.
