The clubs are owned by the Pozzo FAMILY, which plays a major part in it.

UEFA would deem there to be a conflict of interests if they felt it, and prevent the ownership.

As Udinese, Granada or Watford are unlikely to play one-another, there is no issue.

They could do yes. I thought Markus' whole estate had been left to his daughter but we can't be certain. But yes.
