I'm happy with Turner, we need a good seasoned pro in the back 4.
Not to fussed about his pace, you have to trust the manager, he's obviously seen the potential of having him in the team.

I expect he will be one of the three probables for a starting place. Martin, Ward, Barnett woud be possibles. I assume he would be a starter with Ayala/Bennet alongside. I'm not sure that the Ayala/Bennet pairing is a starter just at the moment. We will lose defenders to injury and supsension throughout the season so we will probably need all 6 at some stage.
 
really happy with this addition to our squad. he was fantastic for hull in their premier outing and though he may not be a greyhound he makes up for it by reading the game and positioning himself in the right place.
 
Turner isn't the player I would have picked, but he's the player we need.

A year ago people were hounding for this, premier league experience, good head on him. I think he'll do great. Very impressed.

Once again a signing with no pre-warning. I'm just glad we're still singing British players with a point to prove. Still buying hungry even after big-dog lambo left.
