I'm happy with Turner, we need a good seasoned pro in the back 4. Not to fussed about his pace, you have to trust the manager, he's obviously seen the potential of having him in the team. ILD OTBC
I expect he will be one of the three probables for a starting place. Martin, Ward, Barnett woud be possibles. I assume he would be a starter with Ayala/Bennet alongside. I'm not sure that the Ayala/Bennet pairing is a starter just at the moment. We will lose defenders to injury and supsension throughout the season so we will probably need all 6 at some stage.
really happy with this addition to our squad. he was fantastic for hull in their premier outing and though he may not be a greyhound he makes up for it by reading the game and positioning himself in the right place.

Turner isn't the player I would have picked, but he's the player we need. A year ago people were hounding for this, premier league experience, good head on him. I think he'll do great. Very impressed. Once again a signing with no pre-warning. I'm just glad we're still singing British players with a point to prove. Still buying hungry even after big-dog lambo left.
With the amount were paying hopefully for snodgrass and turner we may have enough in the piggy bank for Anita
