was he not rated as between 8 and 10 mill, by saggy face last season? for five mill, think it could be a good deal for us.
good news if it happens, but downside is what happens about bardo? many keep saying l/b ain't his best position and should be r/b
Bardo can stay lef t back IF we get a left footed midfielder to give some balance. Sign Hutton RB and Onouha for CB, i like Onouha, and like his athelticism. He's also a defender we have who isn't slower than a Nissan Micra driving up the side of a volcano.
Our priority should be a LB.Then if we can afford Hutton fine.We are presently lopsided if that is the right word.
or we could buy a new ATTACKING left back with having hutton at RB to give us balance, just a suggestion so we would have an actualy left footed left back on the pitch.
That would be the ideal of course, but decent left backs are as common as virgins in the Bigg Market (female).
Would have him back in an instant if his knee is OK. LB is an issue, but the midfield as a whole needs beefing up. West Brom were strolling through it last week like it was a training session...
I agree we need a LB, our best games have been with Ricco at LB and Bardo and RB, Villa away for example. Its clear to me were lacking balance. We need 2 x left sided players a midfielder and a LB. We also need 2 strikers as well. so that 4 positions and the best part of 40 million if were going to buy class.
Great comments lads -Even better to be actually talking about something worthwhile rather than a slagging match on other threads.
