They were then given a position in Div 3 even though they had less right than Spartans for example, who have 3 years accounts to qualify, instead they are trying to transfer Rangers membership to Sevco

This is dependant on Sevco being given Rangers license by the SFA

As Sevco are jumping the line, a 3 year wait for them to play in Div 3 due to the above, they are being forced to pay for their entry by the SFA

Sevco have not been punished for anything by the SFA

They have been given a hand up and show no gratitude

Did you have the same passion for div rules and integrity when Livingston and Gretna were "relegated" or was that different? I must have missed your outrage when Dundee went into administration twice and look at them now, eh...

I'm guessing you missed the show last night about them setting off 22 bombs killing 9 & injuring 130 men, women and children.

What rules did they break?
 
Livingston Gretna and Dundee have been football clubs for years

Gretna got into SFL because Airdrie didn't have the required accounts to restart as a newco, they eventually bought clydebank

I'm not a rulebook fiend, I'm just pointing out your teams treatment is better than anyone else who has been in the same positions yet all we hear are threats and moaning from your fans and employees

You're lucky to be in Div 3

I couldnt have put it better myself. Its getting rather tiresome the way various writers and boadcasters are disengenouously confusing the two issues, usually along the lines of " well, man utd have x-million debt/barcalona have x-million debt, should they be getting stripped of titles because theyre spending money they havent got ?..." .

Now, we know that these people are not so dumb as to not understand the difference in these seperate issues....so why do they regularly peddle this line ?

Who was it that was saying that Man Utd/Barcelona should be stripped of titles because they are in debt, I think I must have missed that one?
 
**** me, this Rangers saga is being characterized by some real extremist views.

All that happened was the club broke some financial rules and went into administration, just like any other club that has done that over the years.

Because a cva could not be agreed there are further issues but it all seems to be nasty and vindictive ****e, looking in from the outside

Sevco should seriously consider balloting its supporters about joining the English football league

As for the supporters trust statement above, it's just emotional claptrap that should be left to the pub

Do you know if Celtic had a dual contract in place? And if they did, did they not declare one?

Dual contratcs is not the issue...it's the non declaration (allegedly).
