Boycott the Norwich Board

Truth is Swordsy auld son, they asked us to have a word with you before they banned you but I couldn't be arsed. Waste of words. Wouldn't have made any difference.

Told them if you're pissing them off, do what I do with their's when they enter our tent and misbehave, get rid. We don't have a foreign policy on here, let alone an Ambassador. They did offer a trade off involving us lifting the bans on Beef and SN123 but far too big an ask. So no dice. Sorry.

When in Rome, behave - or they'll deport you!

You thinking of the one where Strov was complaining about me changing his post on our board? (all I did was correct his spelling so that the swear filter worked because people complained recently about other people bypassing it with intentional spelling mistakes in swear words)
 
Don't think so, it was something off here, but I can't remember the specifics and think I missed much of the context.

I agree, it is annoying when people deliberately spell fukk and cumt like that though.

It is when swearing is allowed on our board anyway. Bypassing the filter just increases the chances of someone who comes on at work having their bosses disable access to the site because it keeps tripping their own filters, without them actually checking why it trips them. At least with miff's threads you know what they are so you don't open them at work. Cupid stunts the lot of them.
 
Beefforhire-NCFC should be banned from his own board for being a prick

As far as most of the other Naawich posters go they have some good and bad posts like any board
The trouble is if other fans give them some of their own medicine back then they dont like it and try to ban them
Lets just hope they go down next season where they should be
 
Swords...boycotting already.... I only chat when I get intelligent chat back.....

However, and not sure how long we could keep this up and how childish it would seem.....but why don't we go over there and just fill up their board with simplistic comments (absolutely no aggression and very little meaning)...just post words like yes, of course, OK, swords, or a simple slogan "Free the Swords one" over and over again from us all, contineously (and with Queens and Kiwis help all night)......we would have to have a non-aggression pact....no-one rises to the bait, just put out over and over again.
Just a silly thought??????

I would say end of thread myself, funny how many times the banned is the victim and the mod is the ****, never seen it myself.

I'm with you, have tried several times to have a normal football debate on their boards but normally find myself subject to Beef's ridiculous mockney jokes.

I really hope we turn them over home and away and finish above them, i'd just love it.......

Exactly.

Swords, if you insist in going into other people's houses and pissing them off, don't be surprised when they lock the doors. This ban isn't down to anything but your own insistence (oft stated by you as your prime directive) on wumming other boards. You may not think that you crossed any line, but the mods on the Norwich board obviously took a decision to kick you out based on your behaviour there (much as we would expect our mods to do here).

If you behave, you'll not be banned - simple as that. I for one am not going to boycott another board on here just because they won't put up with wind up merchants. In fact, I may pop over there and commend them on their moderation tactics...
