whilst i already thought the deal had been sealed, it seems that elmo has not yet put pen to paper on his permanent deal yet. a verbal agreement of 2 mill has been agreed, but not sealed. he say's there are 3 other clubs that i know about, that are interested in me, from england and abroad, but i want to come here to sunderland. iv'e written this as i thought it was sighned and sealed, and to get people's opinion on him, personally i want him to sigh, the sooner the better.
He was on the OS saying it was agreed and he was going to enjoy staying. Non-story really, he isn't going anywhere.
just wondering what the hold up was, thought it was done and dusted, now other clubs are interested, never say never till its done, sign elmo, sign today and settle it
just a bit suprised mate, if you get a chance take a look at the story on sky, then go down to the comments at the bottom, someone says send him back and gets many ticks to agree, then someone says good, and gets many negatives, now these votes could come from anyone, but it is the safc site. judging on these few votes, seems that many don't want him? are they for real.....
Sorry to step in here, but i don't rate Elmo very high at all. If i were in charge, we wouldn't be signing him permanently.
Definite "keep" in my opinion. He'll get better the longer he's in England getting used to the game here. Ditto Sess.
I understood what Eric was saying. As for Elmo yes from me and give him more game time, best way to learn.
It's a yes from me too. Sure, he still has a lot to learn, but at least the guy puts a shift in when called into the team.....unlike others I could mention!
Not for me. A fine athlete - great in the air and very fast. My issues are that he is one of the players who goes missing away from home, and he dosen't have any tricks to beat the full back - he just relies 100% on his pace. I'd like to see us get Seb Laarsen to play right midfield.
