I heard that we actually won the penalty shoot out against Italy but Platini made Uefa showed us all previously recorded footage from past England shoot outs. My suspicions were roused when they showed Gareth Southgate's dismal penalty being saved, especially as he was in the studio at the time. Tv has done this sort of thing for years. Recorded interviews, where the end of politicians sentences are cut, to make what they have said sound completely different or stupid. Unless it's Cameron, then they don't need to bother.

I'd just like to add that I think all politicians should be taken out and shot in front of their families.
