I've got a horrible feeling Greece will shock Germany and we'll miss out a nice semi (oops pardon!) by going out on penos to Italy...can't see it being anything other than penos really considering the similarity of the two teams.

Damn it! Why do I have to be right all the time? Also knew Ashley Young would be pivotal in our demise...most. overrated.player.ever.

Young started last season really well but the last 6 months he has ever tried to beat his man and been tackled or knocked the ball past his man and "fell over"

I have been very disappointed with Young because i rate him
 
Love how the commentators say we were "holding on for penalties" from about the 70th minute.

WHY WOULD ENGLAND HOLD ON FOR PENATLIES!

I didnt even think Italy would make it out the group stage so i didnt even include them in the poll <laugh>

But it just shows England wasnt as bad as people made out, If the Germans cant get a result what chance did we have

But i fully expect the Spanish to win now

Didnt quite work out for me. My head has always said the Spanish are too good for anyone but i thought they would lack the firepower and i thought the Dutch would have more then enough.

And they didnt even get a point <laugh>

I hate the bad sportsmanship from the Spaniards. I hate the way they surround the ref waving imaginary cards and the way the dive around and do the 'stop drop roll' routine as if they've been shot.

If only Ronaldo was a bit more of a team player then it quite easily could be a Italy, Portugal final

Yeah some of the stuff the Spanish do is irritating but the class of their midfield is untrue. Juan Mata cant even get a game
