Doubtless part of it is hate, I dare say most of that will come from Celtic fans but in general terms it seems that most fans in Scottish football have a real dislike for Rangers, how much of that is down to recent events I don't know but, if it's any consolation (probably not) I think if Celtic were in the dock it would be no different, whether or not the SFL would be releasing half arsed documents/plans for the future of Scottish football I genuinely don't know but as many people hate Celtic as do Rangers.

The SFL plan is a joke, it makes a lot of wild claims without providing any evidence to back them up, would Scottish football go into "Complete Financial Meltdown" if Rangers ended up in SFL? I don't know, same as you, but anyone who claims to be able to forecast such an event is not being honest.
 
Firstly, maybe I'm naive but I cannot understand how anyone of sound mind can "hate" a football club. I mean somebody - maybe Harry - was saying earlier they will now hate Norwich for signing Whittaker. It's unbelievable. There's no way of proving this but I think the majority of sensible Celtic supporters would want Rangers in the SPL. As for this SPL/SFL revamp - where does that leave sporting integrity ? Smacks of desperation to me. Not to mention self-preservation.

Never understood the whole "hate" thing personally, I don't hate anyone nor anything (apart from Macaroni cheese), when all is said and done it's a game of football, not life and death and I for one have far more important things to do with my life than spend it hoping Rangres vanish off the face of the earth.

I can't speak for all Celtic fans but I cannot lie, I want to see them punished and if that means SFL3 then so be it but I won't be shedding any tears of frustration if they go to SFL1. It does reek though, some clubs (Chairmen) seem to want to punish them but also want the revenue they bring, they want their cake and eat it.
