The SPL have seen the âproofâ of dual contracts, which some have argued is not âCheatingâ, I gave an example (Ben Johnson) who was guilty of âDopingâ, and Rangers stand accused of âfinancial dopingâ, so unless the SPL (and itâs lawyers) are corrupt or liars or simply wrong then then Rangers are in the clear and they have no worries.
I cannot see a situation whereby the SPL would make such a statement about Prima Facae evidence without having anything to back it up so Rangers have basically been found guilty already, but the SPL are waiting for everything to calm down a bit before punishing them fully.

I doubt many Celtic fans reported anything to the Police (they may have) as the police have done nothing about it - they reported Celtic fans to UEFA for illicit singing.
