Beckham stating he han't made the final GB football squad for the Olympics.

 

So that he can get the attention he craves.

 

Yeah, can't say I'm bothered by it to be honest. Seems odd having a GB football team - especially when it isn't necessarily a 'select XI' due to the rules that apply.

And as for Beckham, yeah OK, so he helped with the bid - but so did Seb Coe, but it doesn't mean he'll be racing in the 1,500 metres.

Like he needs more attention.
