He left for more money and a chance to win things (don't blame him) Siggurdsson was just as happy at Swansea, if you believe what he says, and he has just chose to **** us and Liverpool over because Spurs are offering him the most money and his best chance to win things. Rodgers should be saying, Yes, I understand Siggs, you've got to do what's right for you ...and I'll admit I'm enjoying the schadenfreude, they may both prove me wrong but at the mo it looks like these 2 fellas are about to join the long list of ex swans who left citing their ambition only to be overtaken by us down the line. I'm very proud of what everyone achieved here, very proud, and it's special. If you re-read my post you'll notice that I give him some credit....his fair share of credit. Sick and tired of reading or listening to pundits who knew nothing about Swansea City, our recent history, or any of our players at the start of this season (it was fairly obvious from the coverage up until Christmas that virtually no-one in the media had done their homework) giving Rodgers too much credit. Anyone would swear he possesses a magic wand. The people most responsible for our rise is the Chairman and the board.
