They pummelled St Midden last week and got beat 3-1.

They don't deserve to go down, they play a style off football that shames Rangers (most weeks) and they produce their own players.

They will be a loss to the league and makes the SPL's desire to go down to 10 teams all the more frustrating.

EDGE is right. Billy Reid has them playing nice football but they simply don't have a goal-scorer. Plus he's had to sell his best players and is unable to replace them like-for-like in terms of quality.

I only watched some of the first half but it was good to see a Scottish team pass the ball from the back rather than just hoof it up the field.

I would prefer to have seen Aberdeen get relegated!
