Great race (i know!! Valencia!!) today, sterling drive from Alonso, but i feel gutted for Romain, was probably going to win until the alternator gave out (you can tell that Lotus is a french car underneath)
Great race today. Deserved win by Alonso. Why was the Hamilton collision not a racing incident?
I really think Hamilton should have let Pastor go. His tyres were ****ed and instead of fourth, he got nothing. Instead of a podium, Maldo got 10th. But Maldo shouldn't have done what he did either. Maybe they both got what they deserved.
That's what I thought Maldanado is totally out of order, that was a t-bone challenge.
What was he supposed to do? He had nowhere to go because of Hamilton going too far as usual. For the actual incident? That'd be the most idiotic comment I've ever seen on here. Paster clearly was at fault for that, he should have slowed down and gone in behind, easily taking him in the next lap.
Hamilton maybe harsh on him pushing him wide and out of the track, but that's a separate incident. According to the rules it is fair though (see Rosberg incidents vs Hamilton and Alonso).

I don't understand why Hamilton fought it, he was obviously going to lose the place, why not give it up sooner than risk an incident?
Cheers for that, JPF. I thought I'd explained my reasoning but if you want to get into personal insults go to General Chat or just **** off generally.

What?! Hamilton defended his racing line, Maldonado should have backed off and been patient and taken him at the hairpin. He decided himself to drive on the kerbs and for some reason smash into Hamilton.
why should he let him go? It's a race not a procession, and they were coming up to the last lap, without the DRS he wouldn't have been close enough to try. It was poor decision making from Maldonado (again), if he could see Lewis' tyres had gone why not just wait instead of trying to force a move that wasn't going to come off?
If you believe that's in Hamilton's character then you have a fair question... Really you know it isn't. I'd have let him pass, but that doesn't make us right does it? How was he to know Maldanado would do that? It was stupid.

Straight into the side of Hamilton was not the place.
Why did Hamilton go to far? He had the racing line, we see it time and time again that it is okay to push a guy off the track, yet when Mr H does it, all the haters come out and cry foul. I hate that rule more than anyone, but until it is changed that you cannot 'take the racing line', then this will continue to happen.
He tried doing what Grosjean did, but Hamilton gave no room, unlike the Grosjean pass. I blame Hamilton 100%
You haven't explained anything, that's why I wanted clarification and asked a question of you. But seems we know your actual preference for insults, because I didn't insult you at all. Maybe you should **** off.
