Two weeks ago Levy was in Amsterdam in negotiations with Ajax for Vertonghen's signature, which stalled because of the usual reasons our transfer talks drag out. So, I ask once again, what was the hold-up two weeks ago? You can't say he was in Florida at the time because he was in Amsterdam, just as you can't put it all down to his mother dying - which, quite frankly, says a lot about you that you're playing this as an excuse. last time i looked, I was sat about 10th. kind of glad i don't have to see the final result. I expect KH won't be too happy, i seem to remember him being first and having an absolute blinder when I last looked!
Last time I remember a transfer saga dragging on this long, it was Arshavin in 2008, and we all know where/how that worked out... I know its a hard time for Levy, and that should be respected, but it should have been completed by now, or a GM/DoF should be appointed to take the workload off him. COYS
