I said on another thread the other day that he would get off on the evidence outlined by the prosecution, now the club have a big decision too make with regards to his future, I know this is his third (I think) clearance before the courts BUT he has been found not guilty and should be treated as such.
He is obviously a liability in a night club but not so much as a central defender, I have no thoughts either way about getting rid of him, we need too assess how strong we are at the back before making that decision. If MoN has a young centre half lined up then we could afford to loose him, but as said previously I'm not bothered either way, however he is a really lucky boy and this behaviour cannot be tolerated in the future, as the clubs name is being dragged through the gutter.
