I wonder if it would mean that all this belief from others that "Saints have no cash - Liebherr's and Cortese have no interest" will end?!

 

Alan Nixon is a top guy, I have been reading his bits for a while, although he doesn't get it all spot on he certainly has some "friends on the inside" and gets a lot of top goss!

I think your right, we need to get used to spending good money on future youth, it this guy lives up to his potential it will seem a snip of a price!

I hate reading people on saintsweb being so realistic and or pessimistic regarding this potential transfer... It dampens my mood.

"He'll prefer to stay in the North West so if Everton get involved we stand no chance"... That sorta depressing comment grates.

We all knew about Sharp, Tadanari Lee, Fonte, Jaidi, Cork, Fox etc etc, and I'm pretty certain we followed through with those signings....

 

I would be a giddy little girl if this came off, I wanted him last summer, even more after a great year this time around.

Jaidi was one of the worst kept secrets ever.

I remember Adkins coming out and saying that a fee had been agreed for Cork, so it's not like we do EVERYTHING behind closed doors.

Sharp really wanted to stay in the North. All it took was one sunny day in late Feb to convince him he'd done the right thing. Personally, I need convincing that Jay Rod is the answer. Come on Dan‽, tell me why you go all girly at the thought of JR coming to SFC..?
