My whole family have supported them, from my grandparents down. One of my grandparents originally hails from Islington.

Who do you support, and whats your link?

So you're only a semi glory hunter.

I'm a Birmingham fan, as I'm from Birmingham.

Carrick made himself unavailable for selection. Barry has been rubbish in the past but is in good form for City.

Have you got a link for this?
It's not that I don't believe you, but I can't remember him doing that.

And Barry is ****ing ****e. He hasn't been good for England for ages.

I don't have a link sorry, I heard it on a podcast (either Guardian or Times). Apparently Carrick gave Roy an ultimatum that unless he was guaranteed to start then he didn't want to go. So I don't blame Roy for leaving him (even if he had intended to start him).

Edit: see PleaseNotPoll's link above

Didn't Carrick rule himself out because he didn't want to be a bit part player? Like he didn't want to be on the reserve list with the likes of Henderson etc. Regardless of your opinion on Carrick, he's built for international competition. He doesn't fit the prototypical run the other team tongue ground English midfielder, so he doesn't get selected.
