It's a bit rich though, isn't it? Arsenal are currently a nothing team.

 

Wenger might have something of a point, in that Chelsea are rather depleted from the more impressive campaigns that they've run recently, but I think a lot of Arsenal fans might disagree with him.
If they were offered an FA Cup and a Champions League final, but a non-top 4 finish, then I think a lot of them would take it.
