Just had £10 on him been our next manager @ 8/1, think there might be something in that city independant article. Maybe if MK dons are knocked out of the play offs things will be resolved
It's a shame John Gorman his assistant won't be with him (think he's retiring) as I seem to recall he has a good reputation. Question is whether he is the brains behind Robinson's success.
Very good question. When Udders went 0-2 up Robinson looked lost to me and seemed to be looking at Gorman as if to say "what do I do now". I could be completely wrong though - Robinson may always look like that
eerrmmmm no, has OLM seen the small print in his contract??? lets hope theres some sort of a release clause
Wouldn't bet against you on that one - I think the Allam's wanted Robinson when NP left but were persuaded by AP to give NB the job. I wouldn't be surprised if Robinson felt he had taken Franchise FC as far as he could and there could be a clause in his contract about any club from a higher division approaching MK they wouldn't stand in his way. Things could develop if MKD go out tonight. Not saying that Robinson is my choice - there is a danger that he will be Phil Parkinson all over again - but if it is him, we all need to get behind him
I know at least one senior player who will be seriously underwhelmed if Robinson is appointed. We want to keep our best players then Robinson would not be a good move, not good at all.
the great whos going to be our next manager mystery. getting a bit impatient now to be fair haha. latest sounds coming out are that davies and mccarthy chances are fading, if the latter is even interested. my bets on lee clarke
Akin to the partnership Phil Parkinson had @ Ciolchester Utd. Adam could not get Parkys No.2 out of there and parky flopped here.
I'd like to see us get someone who has some good Championship experience. B.Davies, Mick McCarthy or Sean O'Driscoll. Or perhaps one not mentioned, Kenny Jacket from Millwall. He has worked wonders in making them a decent side at this level and has probably taken them as far as he can.
Mad Mick might just be waiting for a PL vacancy. Aston Villa have one and Wigan may also soon need a manager IF the rumours and speculation are true.
I thought Mick had said his next job will be his last in football and he wanted it to be a Yorkshire club
I'd go with Sean O'Driscoll, he knows the league and managed good quality football on a tight budget at Donny. I'm not sure how likely it is though, I suspect he's barely been mentioned in the Allam Marine canteen.
