God Penrith away - I took a coach that day and forgot my bloody ticket but still got in. I don't think they had proper turnstiles and seem to remember I watched the game on a side 'stand' behind a flimsy railing.

The match was dire!!

Was at that match and remember the TV cameras being around the place.

Fair brought a tear to me eye.

Aye it did. But who gave them permission to film me getting off that train and as for the funny money at the turnstiles ? <whistle> yes happy days indeed.

Cannot see either of the Allams doing a Don Robinson around the pitch especially on a white horse wearing a stetson. <whistle>

I was there and yes it was but we won which is all that mattered. 1 end + 1 side full of City fans. Early ko due to lighting issues.

I can remember Don Robinson coming into the Kempton with Malcolm Allison before kick off against Southend(?) and shaking all our hands. As a 12 year old who grow up in the 70's, Malcolm Allison was a massive name to us.

Really enjoyed those times. It's when I enjoyed football the most.
