Don't know that the argument falls down. Who knows what the Malaysians intentions are! They may buy Guy et al out, but commercial deals are never that straight forward and the price has to be right. Why would anybody spend money on increasing the value of something if half of that value goes in someone elses pocket for doing nothing. Simple business sense. I'm surprised you don't see that. The Malasian and the Welsh owners are business partners. Lets make up a scenario. CCFC is worth £30M as a liquidated asset owned 50:50. The Malasians invest a further £10M reducing the debt so the asset is now worth £40M. Both parties now have £20M of value. In effect the Malasians have given PMG £5M. (100p in the pound mind you, not 10p) Don't be a muppet!

Why invest into a buisness deal where your the only one wanting to push the project forward and it can only move forward if both parties agree? Why also charge 7% intrest to the club over a loan of 2-3m pounds , im still waiting for answers on that one, because it is just skiming the money off the top of the club in effect isnt it? Why not buy a Leicster city instead? or an Everton ? or a Blackburn rovers? why would a billionaire buy half a race horse when he can buy the whole thing ? the only reason is because he stands to lose half the amount of money if the gamble goes wrong, and thats exactly what it is, a roll of the dice . They subsidise their outgoing by claiming the intrest payments on loans and the wages they pay themselves, all loaded onto the club. Naive indeed...second thoughts, maybe they are not..
In your opinion That is the difference here, it is impossible to know exactly what is going on. We have not been shown anything at this point to suggest that they will do wrong by us. But I do know a lot of Cardiff fans now do take more interest in these kinds of things and are anxious not to head backwards again. So based on that, it is impossible to say they are bad for the club. Calling us naive based on an unproven assumption about a clubs whose financial situation is closely monitored, just means you think you know the whole story, when we admit we don't. The club would have a very good idea about TG and VT plans I am sure. Like Huw, surely with two years pf PL money he can afford Siggy. He should stump up about 20 million over the summer, I assume. If he didn't then you would surely question his motives.

If Jenkins is such a Messiah and has followed and loved you for so long, where was he when the buckets were being passed around Ninian Park? It may be directly through the value of CCFC, as a by product in terms of periferal deals, we all know Tan has a sports wear company and a TV company through which he hopes to exploit 'his club', or it may be an ego trip so he can talk to his mates about his club. However, I do believe they are doing the honerable thing in paying their way and moving the club forward. If they benefit personally from the venture, good luck to them.
