Harry worship is pretty lllogical considering the circumstances, but so is bashing him any chance you get. We played well, we had a slump; So did Man U, so did City So did nearly every Club around us. We ARE punching above our weight and long may it continue, but to think we somehow have a right to success, with our level of investment and wage struture, is naive. We have a TEAM that can challenge, but we are a long way from having a squad that competes with the top clubs.
In the meantime I'll just carry on like we always have, enjoying the thrill of supporting a team that tries to play great football, often succeeds but sometimes fails. NOT a souless machine supported by glory hunters that bashes out trophies but soon stops being flavour of the month when they dry up. They love winning. That is ALL they need. I love my club: Win lose or completely **** things up.
Well said Chirpy
But it would be nice to cruise to a victory against the sky 5 or take our place in a comp without last minute drama every time
