To be honest I don't give a damn what West Ham supporters think. They didn't make the auto's we did....simple as that.....The fact that there is a large number of points between them and the next ones down are irrelevant no matter how sickening. The line was drawn....and we got over it..................
The play-offs increase interest towards the end of the season. About half the teams reckon they could get in 4-6...them's the rules. Everyone knows them at the start of the season. If you want promotion, all you have to do is win games.
This debate is done every year, but West Ham were promoted in 2005 having finished 6th in the Championship, so it's swings and roundabouts really.
Everyone knows whats what at the start of the season, if they didn't want play offs they should have won more of their games.
To be honest I like West Ham but couldn't care less about Big Fat Sam so hope they don't get out the playoffs!
It's just this debate comes up every season. Good luck in the play offs, don't think you'll have a problem.
Fat Spam was a bellsouge this season. Admitted defeat way too early and tried to relieve the pressure from his players before saying "we have to win all of our games now" then saying "the title is Southampton's to lose" then "the pressure is on Southampton". Make your effing mind up BFS.
I hope brum win. West ham chucked money at it and thought they could walk it with hoofball, cardiff are from a different country to the English football league, and blackpools support base doesn't warrant prem
Teams deserve promotion...not sure what number of supporters has to do with it. Wouldn't mind Brum or Blackpool.
Would it not be proper for the premier league team who finish 4th from bottom to have to play in the play offs
Each team signs up to the league knowing that. They can't complain. Being 3rd best isn't good enough.
