    I'd be happy with that.

Ferguson and Jonas with pace down the wings to negate Nolans lack of it.
Simpson gets help on the right from Jonas with defensive duties and Enrique and Ferguson can overlap down the left.

Like the look of this as Barton in the centre will give us that bit of bite we will be lacking without Tiote.

If Best is fit (I really hope he is!) = Best with Ameobi/ Lover up top
No Best = Ameobi & Lover

I agree with many opinions on here that we should chuck Ranger into the mix, but Pardew definitely seems to have a few issues with Ranger's commitment. I'm not saying its fact, but if Ranger is clowning around then AP isnt going to reward him with a start. And tbh, rightly so... *takes cover* <laugh>

We certainly need Joey in the team so that most of the Wolves players can concentrate on kicking him whilst we play football.

seems like the best we could come up with out of players available, its actually a really good team.
However the fans dont pick the team :( and I cannot see Pardew doing anything of the sort

Exactly! Hope Joey keeps his head, let them do whatever they want to him.

If they and Henry in particular act the way they did then the ref will be forced to act by the voice of the fans. I can honestly see a few red cards on sat and none of them will be Black and White

    Agree 100% with NoWayPastJose...

This is the best line up I could think of but you pipped me to it!!!

    -------------------Harper------------------
    Simpson----Willo/Tayls-----Colo------Enrique
    Jonas-------Barton------Ireland-----Ferguson
    -------------------Nolan-------------------
    ----------------Best/Ranger----------------

Quite excited about that actually, Ferguson made some awesome runs last time he played, get him out on the wing with Jose to back him up. Please see sense Pardew!

The best we can do but we're crying out for a top class goal scoring striker.

Mike Deans the ref... same one as Arsenal away and West Ham at home. Better than Howard Webb again I guess.

Yes, thought he was picky with one or two bookings in that game.

Which game? I'm glad he's picky this once, means Wolves players won't be getting away with murder I hope.

    Ideal team:

    Harper
    Simpson Williamson Coloccini Enrique

    Barton Ireland Nolan Gutierrez

    Best Ranger

Team with Enrique, Best and Ireland out:

    Harper
    Simpson Williamson Coloccini Ferguson

    Barton Guthrie Nolan Gutierrez

    Ameobi Ranger

But knowing Pardew he will play the truly useless Lovenkrands and he will offer absolutely NOWT again....

That centre midfield looks awful <yikes>, no protection for the back four at all.

No better defensively than having Ireland alongside Nolan really... unless you fancy playing Perch there? Guthrie is alright in the tackle, and we lack other options.

Barton will be there to help out aswell.

Also Guthrie and Nolan were fine against the mackems, Tottenham and the other game without Tiote, which escapes me.
