Supported by that image off the website and the fact that other Puma teams' kits have come out with stupid spikes on their stripes. If it actually ends up looking good on the players then I'll take it all back but it is absolutely ****ing revolting.
What was wrong with the traditional black and white stripes??
Always thought they looked very classy; the current strip looks unfinished, like they forgot to add in the white stripes at the back and sides; don't like it.

That's ****ing awful lads, and the quality looks piss poor.
It looks almost as pish as kits back in the early 90's with all the 'jazzy' patterns on and such.
Puma kits are usually decent as well.

Certain I reckon. That initial picture I've posted with the one spiky stripe on is from the nufc.co.uk shop so it will be that shirt or some no doubt hideous variation on it.
Yeah because it was doing the rounds whenever we were still Northern Rock. As I say the picture I posted with 'NewcaSALE' (
) on it is taken from the official site and one of the stripes has the same spikes that blight the design of that other one. Not to mention that other Puma kits for this year that have officially been released have the spikes too.I know you don't want to believe it, neither do I, but I think the writing's on the wall tbh.
Won't be getting that piece of p***. I'll stick with this seasons tyvm. The sooner the Puma contract runs out the better if this is what they think is good.
Lads, we all thought this season's kit looked poor, but now I think its the best in years. Once we see Ba and Cisse and Benny and Cabaye and Tiote and Colo in it it'll look beast.
