Should Saints draw 1-1 with Coventry on Saturday, and West Ham beat Hull 3-0, what happens? Level on points, goals scored and goals against. Head-to-head?
According to this. So we'd win on head-to-head. Wonder where the play-off would have been held though, and who would have won... Edit: Maybe Reading!?
Assuming they take geography into things, then were this hypothetical situation to happen, then yes I'd suggest either the Mad Stad or the Amex.
I should hope so. Wembley might have been a fitting venue but it's a bit near West Ham for my liking! Presumably the clubs must agree? I guess we'll never know.
Not too remote. We draw 1-1, West Ham win 3-0 (or 2-2, and 4-1; 3-3 and 5-2 etc), then it goes down to head-to-head.
There would be a long pause whilst that's worked out after the final whistle...especially if Beddy gets involved= brave smile
Could someone tell me what will happen if we thump Coventry 6-0, and West Ham do whatever the hell they like?
