Bo**ocks, to them to swansea and naaaarrrrrrridge, all we get now is if make sure you do it our way not the QPR way, if those twats had the same money as us they would have bought the same as us, all they rattle on about is how disapproving they are of our spending, it's plain and simple jealousy, why? because they all know they don't have a long term plan, whereas our owners are talking about new stadium, new TG, and the spending power for players. yeah i know one of em will see this and starting going on about what have they to be jealous about blah blah, but if it's not jealousy why bang on about our finances and how we f**ked up they should just be happy not like some old woman worry about how much we've spent.
Oh and Afterbirth as you say we might have been guilty, you're not a judge are ya? but then...? twat

My congratulations go to Reading and best wishes for a successful season in the Premier League. They've been on a fantastic run and deserve promotion. I'll be pleased for Kaspars if he gets the chance to play: he deserves it and we should never have sold him. I still don't understand why we did.

I am not a Judge however I am afraid that Reading have a little more money than you may think old kiddy ... about the same as Roman Abramovich actually as their new russian owners look set to take over within a few weeks. If anyone out there doesn't think we have ****ed up as a football club then please let's discuss it. Bring it on. We have of course brought spotlight on our club what do you think TF is in for .. he supports West Ham ... wake up

Agree with some of that SBN10 <ok>

I keep reading people saying lets not do it the 'QPR way'?
    What's the QPR way?

Because of T&C, NW did not have the money to strengthen the team and sadly the team was not good enough to stay up. We needed fresh blood and exp players. That's why we went out and bought the players because the managers knew the team would not stay up as it was.

We have gone about things the right way (sadly some of the players have not produced the goods). If we stay up our team will finish higher than both Swans and Norwich next season, (big if).

Both Swans and Norwich have had some great results this season but could those teams do the same next?

We are in goods hands and our future is bright (even if we go down). If any of the clubs that knock us had our money they would have spent.

Thats wrong. Anton does not have the money, he mafia dad does. Just ask the Everton chairman about the family. They tried to buy into Everton and ended being all talk. Kenwright kept well clear of them and they are Scousers!

Apparently Ellers the QPR way is according to those teams, is us being arrogant and having the nerve to spend money, and buy players from the prem instead of lge 1.Thing is i saw posts on these same sites at the end of aug just before the window shut, saying stuff like lets hope they don't get the chance to spend until jan because their team is crap and they will be down by then.So they knew we had to spend, and now we have they mouth off about us being arrogant for spending ****ers.
We did not have the luxury of a pre season to bring new players in, how they can't see this i don't know, and yes we have had what have turned out to be dud signings, but the upheavel and the rush just didn't help

    Agree
Football fans don't like clubs spending money unless its their own.
We all know what has gone wrong at QPR this year and hopefully the men upstairs will get it right.
Other fans are envious because of our profile and the money men behind us.

You seemed to have changed your tune, yesterday you was sayin' we have a great team.

Of course we fu*ked up. But lets not lay the blame at fat Thony's door. The Goons were a bunch of mafioso thugs who destroyed our pre-season and consequently our first year in the Prem.

Hopefully the cu*ts will be shot. Live by the sword die by the sword.

Spot on ellers agree, our time will come again simply because of the plans, these men are going to implement.
It's not a case of hope we will be back, and encouragingly Phil Beard has said today relegation doesn't effect the plans

Any supporter saying that is shameless. Relegation is the worst fate a Club can suffer on the field of play (as opposed to liquidation off it) and for you to say you don't care is a disgrace.

You should hang your head in shame.

Fu*k, am I the only one left singing from the 'ain't over til it's over' hymn sheet?
If we get relegated - still if - we will deserve it, but I don't deserve another season of crap Championship football

There is a difference between a team and a club ... Our team is playing good stuff at last, Our club sorry has not covered itself in glory over the last three years ... My view on how some other fans look at us. Couldn't give a **** who is to blame its factual and I made a point re Reading Fans ... yet it could be any fan from any club ... I am sure most QPR fans would agree we were a little mis managed under Tango and Cash and our image as a great footballing club has been damaged. so who could blame the comments of other fans?

IMO its no wonder we are being discussed as the CLUB on how not to do it .... Champions League within Four Years is a hard strap for everyone else non QPR to stomach .. We have however got currently a good team that is beginning to play well at last

Not at all I am 100% behind us surviving but at last most know it could go either way. We will survive and I am clearly on your side and I hate the fickle

    That's a relief.
On the Reading subject I have no feelings either way about them or their fans feelings about us. But certainly the way our club has conducted itself until TF arrived was not calculated to win friends or respect.

I think you will find, if you look a little deeper in to those comments, they are not a criticism of the money being spent as such but more in the manner it has been done and on who the money has been spent on. I accept August was a panic buying spree in an attempt to pacify the supporters but none of those players have been close to consistent this season for you, or at least not in a positive way. Most non QPR people were saying they were poor buys and so it proved to be generally speaking and you guys have said the same over the months about each of them too.

The January buys were better but again it all appeared rushed but that was in the main due to the removal of NW and MH didn't have the full window to deal in.

So in a nutshell, the QPR way this season has been panic buying of reject stock and or inflated ego type players (or so it appears). Zamora and Cisse are not exactly rejects stock but Cisse has proved he is a liability. Any team that follows a similar pattern is also likely to struggle, hence it has been 'tagged' and a poor strategy to follow.

QPR have been victims of circumstance since getting promoted and that is unfortunate for you fans if relegation is your fate but the people you need to lash out are the previous owners and the new one. The previous owners for obvious reason, the new one for coming out with rash statements such as - I only want to sign big names. (not his exact words but not far off the mark)
