yes. very good deal. don't see why we can't try to buy welbeck and keep henderson though. and barton should have been the first name on the england teamsheet earlier in the season. he's scum, but not much worse than many others in the england set up, and on form he should have been back there. don't think i give much of a stuff for international football though so long as capello's in charge. quite keen to see gyan show the bent one what a real striker plays like tomorrow. 'spect bent won't play now though, the big guns are being rested for the friendly and he counts as one now that he's at a "big club". not that i'm bitter like.
FOOT IN IT MOUTH GLASS HOUSES STONES and how many sorrys do i have to do, thaks it for me now tea total, well for about an hour. then no more typing whilst pissed
take it!!! Wes Brown and Danny Welbeck everyday of the week over Jordan Henderson. With Brown we wouldn't need to go and get Onuoha on a permanent deal and could use that money (not that we are skint) on someone else
Roger, I think you should fix a breathalyser to your pc, it'll shut down once you're well an truly pissed!
Barton is having a good season but if we're going by that then Onuoha, Welbeck, Cattermole, Bramble should all be at least in the mix.
Bramble and Clattermole? Come on you must be joking! Onuoha , no as we've got decent defenders , Welbeck yes.
bramble's been outstanding this season, but there are a few ahead of him in the queue for england at center half. catts has barely played, what with suspensions and being injured, but his performance against liverpool was promising. i think he'll play for england, but i feel in the middle wilshere will be playing there for the next decade, and the likes of rodwell will be better than him, so i can't see him being a mainstay.
Yeah Rodwell, Albrighton, Wilshere and Josh McEachran will be in the future england team midfield maybe one on the bench.
When he's been fit, Cattermole for me has been fantastic. Couple of stupid red cards at the start of the season but from then he learned his lesson. We've missed him a lot. Bramble has been brilliant. Hasn't made any glaring mistakes and has instead proved to be one of the bargains of the season. ã1mil for a top half premiership defender in his prime, yes please.

im going out on a limb here, dont swap.......... 1. wes brown is not worth having. 2. henderson has been valued at around 15 million (apparently). so if we just sold henderson how many would be prepared to spend 15 million on wellbeck? add a bit more and we should be able to get the experienced c/f we desperately need. now if its welbeck and j. evans thats a different matter i would like wellbeck at the sol, but at the expense of a 15mill rated player?
gonna have to differ here commachio. believe that welbeck is worth more on the open market than henderson easily. if they were both for sale tomorrow, the bids for danny would be far higher than those for henderson. my opinion. i've said before i'd take welbeck any day in a straight swap. believe SAF would as well. either way, we'll find out this summer.
I agree wholeheartedly. Ireally do rate Jordan as a right midfielder, but Wellbeck is an exceptional talent, in my opinion he can, and probably will, go on to be a ã30million player. He ouzes confidence and ideas, he's superb on the ball, he's quick, young and most likely an England international in 2 hours time.# Jordan is a very talented lad, but even if he truly excels, as a right mifielder, ã15million is likely a ceiling value. I want them both here, but if the only way to get Wellers was to sacrifice Jordan, we simply have to go for it. My gut feeling is, after Wellbecks comments which appeared to show him open to staying, we will get him, and keep Jordan, maybe giving Man U first option on Jordan in the future.
First of all, why did this article attract Skunks? Do these nobs loiter over all the articles on here? Back to the original question, I want to see Henderson played on the right side of midfield far more often. That is his strongest position, and that is what he should be judged on.
