Got a nice Washburn acoustic iv'e had for 12 years.A lot more exspensive guitars iv'e tried fail to better it. My electric is a crap tele copy (Johnny Brook). Im thinking of getting a Danelectro £170 on line,as funds don't stretch far. Does anyone know if theyr'e any good ?

I cant comment on the Danelectro, but would always recomend playing a guitar as opposed to buying blind, more so when funds are low. Have you considered a second hand guitar, i,m sure you will get more for your money if you buy carefully, and the depreciation will be a lot less then new if you decide to sell/swap etc.
