Would like to know if anyone is going and how do they feel(emotionally) about it?
Owen Coyle has said that he isn't sure how his players will react and probably Harry thinks similarly.
    Thoughts?

I am going and was obviously there for the last game. It was actually quite traumatic even though I had barely heard of Muamba before the game. I guess as things seem to be going ok with him, I can treat it as just an important cup game, that I am desperate to win. Can't help thinking they will be 50% better because of the occasion. And they were proving difficult enough first time round!

  4. My only concern is that any sympathy that our players may have for the Bolton players does not affect their will to win.

    I'm sure it won't.

Seeing as there is a pre match applause planned I think that after that is over it's down to the business of reaching the semis.

Gonna be a tough one, all thing considered. I'm sure the Bolton players will be well up for this.

Plus every neutral I reckon will be rooting for Bolton to win it for Fab. Glad he seems to be recovering well atm.

As a side note, how annoying would it be if we drew and had to have a bloody replay?! <steam>

Would be surprised if Bolton don't start well but in a way I hope that happens as it will remind our players (if any are in doubt) that its business as usual and sentiments go out the window and we need to be ruthless and get to the semis!

Once the first tackle has gone in, i'm sure all emotions will go out the window.

I've just seen that you're going to have a minute's applause. How absurd. The guy's alive and kicking, and he only survived because a) he 'got lucky' in the sense that he collapsed in the middle of a pitch surrounded by 36,000 people, and b) because of the assistance of medical professionals. The man had a heart attack! Whoop-de-****ing-doo!

It's not harsh, it's true. The entire charade of "Pray4Muamba"... What utter ****. Anyone who is still saying that 10 days on, after it has been announced he is stable and chatting to friends and relatives, can **** off. Be thankful the guy collapsed doing his job, where he has the support of a team of medics employed purely for him and a select few others. Be thankful that he reached hospital in time to have his life saved by men and women who've worked for years to gain the knowledge that prevented his death. Be thankful for whichever chemists created the drugs/medication/etc that he no doubt received. I'm not really sure how to phrase this, and it may come across as rude (it's not, I do feel sympathy for him), but what the hell has Muamba done apart from collapse in a heap because of some heart defect? Nothing. If he'd died, fair enough, but he's comparatively right as rain now!

As has been said, the guy is, thankfully, alive. Let's just get back to playing the game.

Van der Vaart's delivery has definitely been better today.
Perhaps he's been doing a bit of work on it?
The rest of the side might want to join him.

Our shape's a bit of a mess, again.
We look bright when we're pinging it about, but we still lack width.

    Bogdan's playing very well.

Its not hard for a player to make a late run into the box and attack a cross, maybe we should write an "open letter" levy style to remind the players.
