Sunderland at home to Everton next Tuesday, so we're currently the favourites to get to the semis.

Liverpool next, who were well beaten last week on our home turf, so we go into that game with a psychological advantage.

Err.. how many times has Sunderland beaten Everton at home in recent years?

It's always Timmy C past the 85'' for Everton with Scumberland unable to respond.

However, I wouldn't mind Sunderland reaching the finals. Sick of seeing the great teams taking all the trophies. I'd genuinely be glad if Sunderland picked up the pot, even more so though if it was Everton or Bolton.

Don't know why you're so confident though, Everton has been a dodgy team for Sunderland for years. It's like us going to Fulham and expecting ot win, ain't happening.

Don't bother constructing in-depth replies for this now, for if they get beat off Everton or Liverpool we can just bump this thread again and again and again.
 
Why we'd be jealous of Sunderland having a one or two extra games to tire them before they are dumped out prior to the final I'm not sure. And if they get to Wembley for a semi final, only to get knocked out at that stage, it will be ****ing hilarious. It'll be just like the play offs all them years ago, loads of crying little mackems.

Anyway surely we should all be up in arms beeling our eyes out at this thread? That's what happens on the insular mackem board. Indeed the OP was one of the beelers last week. It seems we have a hypocrite in our midst. Invite your mate Roger along, he likes a good bitch on.
 
This needs to be bookmarked when it comes back to bite you on the arse.

You should have waited to actually get past Everton and Liverpool before bragging.

On paper I have us top of the league and Sunlan relegated, it's amazing how good you can make things look <laugh>
