Such a shame, he was really settling in well and getting into the swing of things. However, this is where you appreciate the strength and depth we have accumulated: Lambert, Sharp, Do Prado and Barnard (who was a first choice striker last year) all fit.
I wouldn't be too worried about this. He is somewhat of a headless chicken. A run in the side would do sharp well and he will no doubt benefit from it.
Sharp-Lambert up front, chance for Barnard perhaps from the bench? Probably Barnard following the Aaron Martin method of wiping out his rivals
Hahaha I had built him up in my head as some indestructible samurai master ninja! It just ruined my illusion somewhat!
They mentioned that Chung has taken a knock in the interview with Ricky on Player, so that makes it official, but doesn't sound over serious. Ricky mentions that Lee has settled in well and his English is improving. Also says that Lee is not shy and is always questioning Ricky about where does he want him to be during practice...like the sound of that, showing respect for our main striker and eagerness to learn.
This is why you have players that appear surplus to requirements. If Lee doesn't play, Sharp can grab his chance.
