Any rules against "tickling"? <laugh> Would work great against some strikers if your a defender, perfect during set pieces.

I remember Henrik Larson saying that, "I just to grab the defenders balls if we had a corner or dangerous free kick, just to make him confused/distracted" <laugh>

What can the ref do? <cool>
 
Like how you say it would confuse them. What happens if they liked it?
