Any rules against "tickling"? Would work great against some strikers if your a defender, perfect during set pieces. I remember Henrik Larson saying that, "I just to grab the defenders balls if we had a corner or dangerous free kick, just to make him confused/distracted" What can the ref do?
Like how you say it would confuse them. What happens if they liked it? Vinnie Jones did it to Gazza didn't he?
