It has been discussed before but the facts need to be repeated for some of the slower people or those who will not see. Any financial mismanagement at Rangers lead to administration for which the club has already been punished.

i do not dispute that you have been punished for the financial mismanagement. i simply dispute the fact that you were unable to pay the tax man. Whyte chose not to pay rather than he was unable to pay

Companies that are able to pay their creditors don't tend go into administration.

He chose not to pay when he could? Have you alerted the media?

Monies equating to the players NI and PAYE were deducted from players salaries. The money was there.

Somebody at Rangers elected to deviate from usual business practices and divert that money elsewhere.

why would anyone deviate from usual business practices?

I'll lead you by the nose and then you can pretend you worked it out all by yourself<ok>

I'm no tax expert, but did Whyte even calculate the tax? Not paying is one thing but what if he just failed to input the tax code(on purpose), hence the slow reaction from HMRC?

Does anyone understand me?

You deduct tax from someone every time you pay them, but HMRC don't know how much until you submit your return at the end of the financial year.

HMRC probably became suspicious of Rangers' non-payment of tax and launched an investigation, Whyte got wind of it and put the club into administration. The fact that he fought to appoint his own Administrators tells you that they will look favourably on him..... unofficially of course.

Good points......

Are Rangers dead yet?

Does it answer my question though?

Are Rangers dead yet?

Why the **** haven't you done a Speed yet? You're a specky **** that has no pals. You're so insignificant that Edmonds won't even bother with you.

You muthafucking cracka **** <grr>

<beelmuir>

Only kidding you on pal

ps I'm not your pal

<laugh>

I love how I'm apparently "beeling"

This has become the stock response for the mentally inferior Not606 Huns to use when their ****ey club isn't doing so well. ("Isn't doing so well" is a euphemism for "****ed worse than Jodie Foster in The Accused"

I like the analogy.

The huns are sprawled across the pinball machine with Hector cheering his posse's raperhythym.

One, two, three, four
Pump that Hun until he's sore
