The SPL would have absolutely no problem in demonstrating that puts them in breach of their rules governing the registration and transfer of players into their squad this season. Wrong. Rangers were unable to pay the exchequer along with their other creditors and therefore went into administration. They have already paid the penalty for this breach of SPL rules.

It has been discussed before but the facts need to be repeated for some of the slower people or those who will not see. Any financial mismanagement at Rangers lead to administration for which the club has already been punished.
