Released by Rangers and is understood to be travelling 'down south' (of Scotland) to speak to 3 clubs, one being Saints and one other Blackpool.

Twitter rumour, so take with caution. Picked up by Sky Sports also.

Know nothing about him, any watchers of SPL football tell us more?

Pacy left footed winger, very one footed, can't go onto his right side at all. Poor crosser of the ball, needs to work on a better end product. Always tracks back well to help out his left back. Also needs a bit more composure infront of goal, scored a few decent goals for us but so many times he tried to rush and ended up missing the target

Pretty much sums up 90% of Scottish players then.

Sounds like the left-footed version of De Ridder.

We know nothing about Wylde. UserName comes on to tell us and you give him the same old "Scottish football is blah blah blah". Give it a rest.

Definitely worth a punt I'd say. We've had much bigger gambles pay off <ok>

Although I am worried for Rangers if they think getting rid of players like him, who are most likely on little wages, will make things better....

Thought the rumour season was closed. Player becomes available...ergo he must be going to Saints.

Well it's an easy rumour to start. Very promising Rangers player, obviously not quite upto PL standard just yet, wants to be taken on by a leading Championship club with a great reputation for bringing on young players, and who also look as if they might make it to the PL sooner rather than later.

I mean, if I were Gregg Wylde, it would be me starting the rumour.
