Perdition...........A state of eternal punishment and damnation into which a sinful and unpenitent person passes after death. Remind you of an EX-Moderator ?
No, but it does remind us Jacks of the permanent state of flux, your footy is in!................... please log in to view this image
The Cardiff team are working hard under a brilliant manager , a manager that must question why he signed on with the Malaysians if they don't step up with a bit of assistance the next few weeks for an overworked , but game squad !
Don't think the Malaysians will throw money at an loanee that will come to us. Been there, done that and failed. I think how well this year has gone is a bonus to MM and the owners. I believe both thought it would take a season to get us into a promotion chasing outfit. I think the quality of the teams coming down from the Prem will be lower than Brum and West Ham next season too (although it's fairly likely Brum will still be in the Champioship next year)
He had money available during the transfer window during which we failed in a 3mill bid to get our target, difference under Malky is he won't just buy anyone ala Sven, he won't buy just to keep fans happy it has to be the right person, frustrating but the right way to go I'm sure.
Correct me jf I'm wrong but I believe Cardiff's true debt stands at around 18 million . With this other new debt of 10 or so million , it will be at 28 million or so . Of the original 18 million , who knows how much you will actually have to pay & it's not due for a few years , whatever it is . I don't like the way it happened but it is what it is . Now this new debt of 10 million or so probably has a lot of accounting involved to heap that amount on this years accounts . I'll go out on a limb , just by the way things were organized this season & how frugal the team has been , & predict a year from now that Cardiff will show no debt , for the season just finishing , when the accounts comes out , time will tell . I just don't think things are as bad as some are worried about . Lot of pros growing & cons are falling by the way with CCFC IMO
Won't the sale of land for the adjacent hotel and revenue derived from the Carling Cup run help defray trading losses in the 2011/2012 P and L account? Despite headline losses the club is now more financially stable than it has been for a very long time.
