The rugby argument doesn't really wash on either side, I hate rugby but even I know you lot don't even play proper rugby up north. If that stupid **** game is more important or bigger in either city there's some serious social problems ongoing that need addressing. Just saying like..

I don't know why Leeds don't consider doing a ground share with the Rhinos (or even Hudds Town?)

Their game last night had the usual acres of empty seats in their antiquated half-full stadium, even though they were playing the league leaders

What's the capacity at Headingley these days? I'm sure Leeds could nearly fill it and create some atmosphere. Bates could sell Elland Rd and reduce the club's debt?

 

The 'hatred' thing is where you're making your main mistake.

It's been discussed before but most people don't give a **** about leeds as a club, but some of the people that latched onto them from Hull years ago and some of the collection of internet nuggets they've acquired are what people are generally ridiculing.

Before the kiddies joined in, i said the rain and rugby will be key. Leeds players were pushed into a lot of running by Southampton, so we may be able to take advantage of any fitness issues or niggles. Controlling Snodgrass tends to be key, but so many managers this season have changed their style and tactics when playing against us, we're probably more of a threat than we realise.

 

Thats exactly what bitter hull fans have done for 7 pages
