<doh> I've never read so much complete and utter bollocks in all my life! Gordon Brown and Ed Balls bankrupt the country and brought it to its knees, as usual its the Tories that have to clean up the mess! <ok> I would rather have Cameron in charge of things then Ed Miliband. The guy looks like a cardboard cut out and has all the charisma to match!

Nick Clegg is a complete **** and is holding this country back along with all the other left wing ****ers we are saddled with. Labour's only answer to the current economic crisis is to borrow even more money! The dependency culture encouraged by Labour has gone on for far too long and thank god we have made a start in getting to grips with the country's debts. <ok>

<doh> I sincerely hope this is a wind-up mate - or are you one of those fools who believe the phony Tory rhetoric about what the previous Government did? That excuse is wearing about as thin as the reasons we invaded Iraq, enough suckers believed it to start with and by the time people woke up and smelt the coffee it was too late.

So are you saying you'd give the Tories carte blanche to carve up the country pubic services, privatise the whole lot making their old chummy's even wealthier and the poor man on the street even more strapped in the name of "reducing the deficite"? Pull up the ladder and **** everyone else should be their motto.

Anyway, I'm sure this wasn't meant to spitral into political debate so back to the thread

Robbie Savage - can't believe I left him out of my list earlier!

Getting to grips with debt? If you believe that you'll believe anything!! Attack the NHS and bash the disabled but when it comes to their own? A bank which is basically state owned makes a loss of 2 billion pounds and yet the Tory chums get £785m in bonuses. Don't come out with the crap that they will go elsewhere - if a 2 billion loss is the best they can do then good riddance. Was the Labour Party in charge of all the other Countries with financial problems? No - so there must be another answer and guess what it is - the Banks!!! The only things that the Tories do well is look after their own and con the electorate into voting for them. There is only one thing worse than this lot and that was Thatcher - I will join Ricky Tomlinson at his street party when that ******* moves on. Have a nice day.

<laugh> The same old left wing bollocks! The sooner we shrink down the state and all the non-jobs in the public sector along with their gold plated pensions the better. Thank god we now have a government that is determined to rebalance the economy in favour of those that create the very wealth that pays for the public sector in the first place! I put the Labour party and all those left wing clowns that have fleeced this country for years into Room 101.

Tut, tut, Warky. Living in Cambridge as you do, you surely know that religion and politics are banned topics at High Table -- else erudite conversation ceases and the Fellows descend to fisticuffs. <laugh>

Come on lads let's leave the politics at the door, at the end of the day there is no point getting annoyed about it. I laugh watching angry people on question time one thing they haven't gathered yet is no one gives a flying **** about their opinion all the parties lie and you still won't be happy no matter who is power. At the end of the day the only people who win are those with the silver spoons in their mouth and lazy subhuman scum who breed like flies us lot in the middle will always work hard and fund their lifestyles. Don't listen to our sensationalist doom mongering media, be happy with what you've got and ignore the political bullshit.

Add shop talk to that, unless it's banter or taking the piss out of some common enemy you all have. Nothing worse then going for a pint after work and someone talking about the new project their involved with.

I was beginning to wonder if i'd walked into general chat. I'm all for a bit of political debate in the right context but frankly would prefer to share my love of Norwich City on this board with likeminded individuals.

For me it's got to be Colchester United.

I'd quite happily keep Ipswich and I'm most happy when our clubs are competitive, preferably at the highest level. We're regional rivals and it's a rivalry that will just outlive us all and it's brilliant

Colchester however, what a sack of **** club. They put so much effort and pissed and moaned about a "Community Stadium" then when they got it, they can't even fractionally fill it. they beat us 7-1,fair one, but it could have been them, carlisle, brentford. Any team in the football league could have beat us 7-1 that day. That day would have happened regardless of opposition. They thought it was a bigger deal than it was and It gave me great pleasure to take their manager, who was wasting his time there, their best players, who clearly were performing at a fraction of their potential as they've undergone a transformation particularly Foxy who may be the greatest bargain in Footballing history.

My only regret is that we will possibly never play them again. I just hate looking at that strip and smashing them again would be fantastic. I often think we could solve the overcrowding issue at Carrow Road if we were to somehow buy one of Colchesters stands, transport it to Norfolk, spray it yellow and Green and stick it on top of the City stand because it has no right being in that pit of a ground inhabited (barely) by a set of fans gormlessly watching a football club that shouldn't rightfully exist.

And as for Robbie Cowling, what a complete ****.

So I'd like to send Colchester United and everything they represent to Room 101
